Business Continuity Planning
We have been for sometime
offering a BCP facility to a limited number of clients
and are now offering the facility to all. The client
has the facility to load their backup on one of our
servers and then to carry out a check list for data
testing and integrity. We can provide this for clients,
who want to visit our offices personally or the data
can be sent to us for loading onto our system and
we then arrange remote access for the client for testing.
In the worst case scenario we are able to supply servers
and other hardware at competitive at short notice
through our trade sources.
Remote Access Solutions
The ever decreasing cost of
hardware and internet connectivity, hard wired or
wireless, has made the possibility of satellite offices
or remote access for individuals an economic reality.
We already have clients utilising Troika in this way
making use of "Citrix" or Microsoft's own "Terminal
Server" applications and are able to advise, specify
and support systems using these facilities.
