Consultancy

We have a team of specialists with considerable experience in providing systems and solutions in the Financial Sector. We offer consultancy for database administration, networking and hardware, and all aspects of accounts production. As part of the installation process of our software solutions we include any required consultancy.

Training

Finapps offer a comprehensive, high quality training service that has been running successfully for several years. Our experience in IT training guarantees your users will have the exact skills required and be confident with using our software. Courses and workshops are offered which will suit almost every level of user and background.

Training courses can be mixed and matched in any combination to suit your exact requirements. Refresher courses are always available and can be combined with a Client Liaison visit or a full system review with one of our experienced consultants. Please contact Client Liaison for more information or to arrange a system review meeting. Bespoke training can be arranged to cover a broad range of user specified topics. An experienced consultant will usually visit or contact you to examine your requirements and discuss the training options available.

We always work closely with our clients to construct a flexible and focused training solution to meet their exact needs. Training materials and notes can be either delivered by email or delivered by means of presentations, slide shows or help browsers. Training materials can also be customised to fit in with your own company procedures.

After Sales & Support

We believe that after sales and support are vital components of our service. Our support lines are staffed by experts who respond quickly and efficiently to your requirements. To ensure you receive optimal levels of support all requests are logged and reviewed periodically.
