'relationships' to control, store and display entity
data. Whenever you add information to any entity within
the system, Troika automatically maintains the relationships
between entities, ready for users to analyse and track
complex client arrangements.
Entity records can be 'navigated'
between by simply clicking on highlighted relationships,
which have been defined by the user. All trust and
company registers also maintain relationship links
automatically between entities such as directors,
secretaries, advisors, trustees and beneficiaries.
E-mail's, letters and mail merges can be generated
easily and Troika can also be integrated with your
telephone system to autodial telephone numbers.
The FISH
Intranet also displays these relationships, which
assists in searching for conflicts of interest between
individuals and also tracking complicated company
structures. In addition to system maintained relationship
links, users can also define their own relationships
with specific salutation and user defined fields,
all of which are available in the document creation
and management options.
Documents are also indexed and stored
against each client and entity making document retrieval
a simple task.
