As part of your system implementation,
standard accounts templates can be provided for a
variety of accounting requirements. These have been
developed over several years and have proved very
successful with existing clients. If however your
requirements change or you wish to make amendments
to the standard accounting templates in house, then
we offer a comprehensive training workshop to enable
users to create, edit and implement their own accounts.
Troika
Accounts is a powerful reporting tool and can
be used to produce complex accounting requirements
including full accounts, schedules, reconciliation's
and internal reports. As Troika Accounts utilises
Microsoft ©Word for accounts production, a limitless
number of styles and formats can be achieved easily.
If however you wish us to design
and maintain your accounts templates to your specifications
we offer a full accounts design service to meet your

Form Production & Providers
Our policy on forms production
is very similar to that on data-feeds. We aim to be
the best at what we do and in order to achieve this
we concentrate on the system we produce. The system
is designed to make the appropriate calculations and
link with any form producing system.

Reports
After many years of experience in
software development we understand our customers'
needs and one of the things that they have in common
is that they all work slightly differently! With this
fact in mind we have developed a clear policy on report
production to ensure the system is flexible and responsive.
Included in the price of the system
is a pre-implementation meeting. The purpose of the
meeting is to discuss the clients' needs and review
how their requirements 'match' the core Troika system.
The standard range of reports available is considerable,
but it is almost inevitable that they will not fit
the exact needs of every potential client and it is
important to understand the processes that we have
developed to ensure that our customers have a system
that satisfies their own needs.
In the first instance users receive
two updates a year. This is included in their annual
license fee and at no extra charge. Change will be
instigated from a number of sources. Regulatory changes
are constantly impacting on the way that all professionals
work. Increasing regulation requires systems to demonstrate
that controls and checks are in place and we are constantly
reviewing the services we provide to fulfil these
needs.
There are occasions when we receive
requests for new reports. This is done in a number
of ways. The first is through the user group. They
discuss it and review it in relation to other requests.
If they think it is appropriate they will recommend
its addition to the standard system at the next release.
Alternatively, if the report is
more time critical clients may want to use their own
in-house skills to satisfy their needs. Microsoft
Access©, or Crystal Reports© are both powerful
tools that can be used to display the data captured
in the system. Finally, if time is of the essence
and the need is more immediate, we do provide a customised
service. This involves a short request form that gives
us all the information we need to ensure the report
is delivered in the required format.
